TJA Williams Investments LLC's strategy focuses on building value in the properties we acquire.  By identifying properties that are in serious need of repair or updating, we are able to purchase them below market value.  We then work with our team of designers and contractors to modify these homes to increase their marketability so our partners are able to realize a higher than average ROI once the home sells.
